Filonova Elena Vacheslavovna – lawyer.
In 2004 she’s got the diploma of S-Petersburg Chamber of Lawyers “The Best defense of the year” for the defense of soldier Alexey Kitaev.

More then 30 volunteers worked in our organization from different countries of Europe and USA. Three Belgium volunteers worked by the program of European Union. The foreign volunteers participate in all events of the organization, translate papers, connect with human rights and social organization from abroad, help in writing of undependable reports on situation with human rights of conscripts and soldiers of Russian army, have got the experience of protecting of human rights in Russia.
